Mikayla's Digital Portfolio

        My name is Mikayla Kricfalusi and I am a student and an athlete. During the school year, I work hard on my work, always trying to push myself to do better and better. I believe that if what I am doing is not beautiful work, than it isn't worth turning in and end up spending long hours on homework. I am also an athlete, running cross country and playing basketball. Basketball is one of the most difficult sports for me but I love it. There was no girl's basketball team during my freshman year, so I competed with the boy's varsity and have never worked as hard in my life. In short, during the school year, I am an avid student and a dedicated athlete. 

      Outside of school, I have several hobbies, including horses and hiking. I am learning how to train horses and trained my first two over the summer. It was an amazing, and terrifying, experience but turned out to be incredibly rewarding. I am from Montana and that is where I spend my summers, running wild with my horses and exploring the plains and mountains.
